This is the project development log for aquatica aquarium and ocean science discovery centre in kota kinabalu sabah malaysia. We intend to promote environmental education and highlight the issues affecting coastal zones, mangrove ecosystems and coral reefs to all the people who visit. The project started 4 years ago and construction started january 2006. Construction of the phase 1 site started jan 2007. lots of photos and other info is available on the website at aquaticakk.org.
